Air transport

In air transport, we take care of the pet by picking it up at the agreed pick-up location, travel with the pet during the flight in the cabin of the aircraft or when traveling with a larger (over 8kg) pet in the hold, and deliver the pet to the recipient.

In the cabin of an airplane, a pet travels in a soft, cloth carrying case.

A pet traveling in the hold travels in our air transport box during the flight. We only use air transport boxes approved by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) for transport. The boxes have soft trays that make your pet’s trip as comfortable and safe as possible.

Before the trip, we make sure that the pet has been given a drink and has reached its needs. We also do not book flights that are too long for a pet.
